Thank you Princess (lady working the front desk at night)! When we got here from FL our keys to our room would stop working after we tapped them once and we had gone down to get new keys about 4/5 times! But thanks to Princess she was able to just give us a new room and upgraded it without even telling us!
When I arrived in my room there was bread left behind and the refrigerator wasn't working. I spoke with Shanita at the front desk who immediately sent some to my room for cleanup. The lady who came to the room was very nice. Shanita was extremely helpful and checked on me via text. Rio helped with the refrigerator and ended up having to switch it for a different one. Rio was super helpful and extremely pleasant. I would stay there again because of the great customer service.
When we checked in there were no rooms ready yet. The very nice lady at the front desk said it was too hot for us to wait. She upgraded our room and we were able to go straight to the room. TY. The room was very nice. Breakfast was good, love the waffle machine. Both ladies working the breakfast/dining room were very nice and had great attitudes! This is why we stay at Hampton Inns. *Someone needs to check as to why the 3rd floor hallway is like a sauna, very hot. The answer that the higher you go the hotter it gets is not good enough.* Thanks for a great stay.
I really love Hampton Inns because they’re always so clean and the employees have great attitudes toward the guests. I had no problem with this Inn, it was very clean and we were able to use the space to our liking. The breakfast was very good, omelets, waffle makers, cereal / oatmeal, meat, drinks, coffee, etc. there were a lot of choices overall. The only issues I had were some overlooked things in the room. We had no trash bag in the trash can and the body soap bottle on the shower wall was completely empty. Otherwise it was a great time and I would definitely choose this hotel again.
If I could give 10 stars for service I would. We were greeted promptly and with a smile when we arrived, and our special needs request was met enthusiastically. Upon checkout we got the same smiling face and upbeat attitude, which is always nice when you're coming and going from a hotel. The room was sparkling clean and we were very pleased overall with our stay. This will be our new go-to when visiting family in the area.

Wonderful staff and extremely clean hotel. Shower had amazing water pressure. Breakfast selection was more than fantastic, waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins and more. Would definitely stay here again.
